At our private practice, we offer personalized counselling services designed around your needs, not around a one-size-fits-all approach. We are Betsy and MacGregor Austin-Olsen, Social Workers (RSW) who bring care, experience, and a wide range of therapeutic tools to help you navigate life’s complexities.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or simply want space to better understand yourself, we’re here to walk with you. We serve individuals, couples, and families in Stratford, Ontario and nearby communities with an emphasis on trust, flexibility, and meaningful connection.
In-Person & Virtual Appointments
We offer both in-person counselling at our Stratford office and virtual sessions for clients across Ontario. We welcome self-referrals and work with many extended health benefits plans.
