Sport and Performance Counselling
Our Sport and Performance Counselling service can provide significant benefits to athletes and performers by supporting emotional and psychological growth to match physical performance. We use modern counselling modalities adapted with a growth focus to improve skills such as focus, confidence, stress management, and resilience. Additionally, sport and performance counselling supports athletes in overcoming emotional barriers including performance anxiety, recovering from injuries, and maintaining a healthy and positive mindset, all of which contribute to long-term success and well-being.
Home Visits
Understanding the complexity that can arise from visiting a mental heath counsellor’s office, Austin-Olsen and Son counselling services are willing to provide counselling support in adaptive locations where deemed appropriate. If interested in home visits or alternate counselling locations please contact us.
“By facing our challenges and overcoming them, we grow stronger, wiser, and more compassionate.”
